Both industries rely on many people to complete the process and satisfy the customer. It’s a team effort. His hobbies are bike riding, hiking, wood working and cooking. Rick enjoys working in sales and helping customers. Rick believes that "what we do affects the lives and feelings of people we may never meet. So it is only by our products and service that we are known. Where I come from, that’s called your reputation."
